That last post was alot more successful, so THANK YOU! Today I'll be writing about one of my hobbies, biking.
Biking is a fun activity that can be done and enjoyed at a huge number of difficulty levels. There is mountain biking, for the more advanced, leisure riding, downhill riding, BMX, and the list goes on and on. Anyone can enjoy biking. One problem with it is its effect on your knees. Biking can be damaging to your knees if your seat is not adjusted properly, so make sure this is a priority. Wearing a helmet is also very important and can be lifesaving if you get into an accident. Funny story; I actually got hit by car one time when I was younger. Thankfully it was a low-speed collision, but when I fell to the ground I hit my head pretty hard. Good thing I had my helmet on! I really think everyone should give biking a try because it is a ton of fun for me and my friends. It is a great way to get some fresh air and enjoy the outdoors.
